Personal Books on iPad

It would be ideal to have our personal books in Logos on the iPad.  One day soon, hopefully, that can happen.  As a work around just to read a personal book on the iPad, remember that any document that you can convert to a personal book can be converted to an ePub or PDF and read in numerous apps on the iPad.  You can then multitask between the document and the Logos app by double clicking the button.

No, that is not nearly as good as having your PB in the Logos app.  However, I find it very useful

Very good idea...a second option would be to send the document to the Kindle app. This allows for highlighting and notes.

You can then multitask between the document and the Logos app by double clicking the button.

On the latest iOS you can jockey between two apps with a four finger horizontal swipe, which is easier than any other way.

Not on the latest iOS, just on the iPad, this does not work on the iPhone.

I just got an iPhone for Christmas. Tried it out, and you are right, Alan. Of course, it is pretty tricky to get four fingers to swipe on the iPhone anyway. [:P]

And have you been so busy with it you forgot about the forums?  image

I had to take up the slack while you took a couple of days off and see it got me into trouble!

And only on the latest iPad even. This does not work on the iPad 1.

Make sure you are using iOS 5. It works just fine on mine.

With iOS 5.0.1 this should work on the iPad 1, it does on my wife's.
