Return?

I completely pulled off a huge bone-head move. I just purchased a huge order and just realized this site is software only (thought I had ordered hard copies). I emailed the company immediately once I realized what I had done asking if there was any way for a refund. I hope they will cooperate with me out of my ignorance. Just wondering if anyone here already knew if they were cooperative in this issue or not? Any help would be grateful, thanks and God Bless.

They should, Logos is usually very kind. If you need these books, and have a laptop it's totally worth it. If you need it for research the software will paste a fully formatted footnote including the page number if you copy/paste. Also most books can be viewed on a mobile device. So if you need these books you might find it worth it to keep them.

Dustin - welcome to the forums. Sorry you are having troubles. Are you saying that you thought you were purchasing paper books? Is there a reason you are wanting paper books? In any case, call customer service during business hours (west coast time) and they will take care of you.

If past experience is any indication, you will have no problem. Logos is a very good and legitimate company. Call customer service.
