4.5 Upgrade- error "Logos Bible Software Setup was not able to finish the installation."

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade my son's PC. I am doing it via a join.me session and when the upgrade runs I get the error

"Logos Bible Software Setup was not able to finish the installation."

I have attached the log file. Anyone have any suggestions?

The log contains the line "Elevation was canceled by the user, aborting."

I believe this means that Logos 4 Setup is prompting for "elevation" so it can install system-wide components, but permission is not being granted. If the current Windows account is an administrative account, you just need to give consent. If the current account is a regular user account, you will need to enter an administrator's password.

If the UAC dialog is cancelled, installation cannot proceed.

Thanks Bradley, You guys rock!

I was trying to update his set up using a join.me session and was not seeing the prompt to enter the PW. He was able to run it at the keyboard and the install/upgrade went fine.
