They said "no later than" Jan 30 in the email, though it appears they will be using all the time they've given themselves.
It's probably for the best. I learned about March Madness during this month while we couldn't use the credit, and it's probably prevented me from spending my credit (and then some) inefficiently. But if they have sales during February, I may still be in trouble...financially speaking that is. [:D]
I hope Logos learned from this experience. Obviously they made a few mistakes and needed to correct them. "Virtual" credit should not take 30 days to get.

They announced when the credit would be available and they met their target. Considering how complicated some of the orders were - such as mine - I think they did very well.

Actually, logos just sent out an e-mail indicating that those who ran into problems with their highlights were receiving a credit, so I think that that is what people are reporting in the top right. I have received the highlighting credit, but not the Christmas credit.

I received highlighted credit but no email. I'm confused and a bit annoyed bc there is a considerable difference between the two sums. This is another "?" for sales on monday.
I am going to make a guess that they are releasing Christmas Credit in batches. Releasing it all at once might overwhelm their sales dept and their servers. I still have not received mine, and to be frank I am feeling quite impatient. I cannot blame them for unforseen circumstances though...I am sure that they intended to get it out much earlier.
However, I wish that Logos had been more transparent on this particular issue. What was the problem that caused the delay? Did someone quit? Were there too many qualifiers? Did Bob fire someone today? [:)] It's more to satisfy curiosity than anything. I love Logos and wish them the best, and am so thankful for my already but not yet Christmas Credit. And I want to mention the iOS app is smokin' good! It leaves other companies in the dust, if you ask me.

I too love Logos and am happy for my Xmas credit. As for there iOS product, which was recently upgraded for iphone and ipad. But, for some reason it appears not for ipod touch. This for me is inexplicable. Also, changing the subject, this Xmas credit issue is a little confusing. Is there a difference between it and the banner credit and if so what is it? Are they an either or situation? Or are they both in operation together? I am baffled.

They were so swamped they didn't even finish the Christmas sale until last week or so. I'm guessing that had something to do with it. Plus they had a lot of programming to do, which takes time.
Mine's come through today, and it looks good. I've already emailed Santiago with details of what I want to buy with it (I'm buying WBC but am getting some money off because I've already purchased some individual volumes).

I am just curious what this "highlighting credit" is. I had no email, no credit and no loss of any notes or higlighting with the latest release. But I am a little surprised Logos is now granting credit for problems created by new releases. It seems a bad precedent to set, considering every release has it's problems. [:S]
I got my Christmas credit and it is missing three purchases from the first week of December. I double checked the promotion's details to make sure they were supposed to be included. I will have to get with Customer Service tomorrow.
