NIV 1984 not appearing on iPhone library
Can anyone advise why my NIV 1984 hasn't appeared in my iPhone library? It is present on my desktop, Logos 4.5. I bought it as a standalone disc several years ago, thanks.

Both the 84 and the 2011 are showing up for me, so I'm not sure why it wouldn't be working on your end.

Alan - First, welcome to the forums!
I will take a stab at your question. First, it is the policy of Logos to make as many of the resources you own licenses for available to you on as many devices as you own. This is contingent upon two factors: technical limitations and publisher consent. There are no technical reasons why the NIV84 can't be viewed on your mobile device, so I assume that it is due to the publisher.
Since the first release of the Logos mobile app, Logos users have wanted the NIV family of bibles on their portable devices. The copyright holders have not granted this privilege to us until recently. My guess is that approval was granted for the NIV11, but not for the NIV84. I don't want to get into a discussion about translations, but Zondervan and Biblica are making a VERY strong push to transition everyone to the newer translation.

Peace, Alan! Indeed welcome to the Logos Forums. We try to help one another here; so, be patient for a bit until we find a way to help you.Peace to you, and Always Joy in the Lord.
According to the Logos WebSite, it should show up. Attaching a screen shot. It shows up on my iPad2.
Perhaps you could tell us precisely what IPhone you are using. Also, if you find a way to success, would you please share it for the benefit of others! *smile*
Philippians 4: 4 Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. 5 Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand..........

Thanks for the replies. I've checked biblia.com and NIV 84 is present in my library. I don't have NIV11. My iPhone is the 4S model. Any more ideas?

Alan - You situation has me perplexed! The only two things I can think of:
1. Are you sure you are signed into your account on the iPhone? Can you see all of your other resources?
2. Is the search field in the library completely blank? Have you typed anything into it?

Wonder if iPhone is connected to WiFi network ?
With iPad running iOS 5.0.1 and Logos 2.0.1 app, just downloaded NIV 1984 and 2011 using WiFi connection while logged in to Logos. Thankful for cover view in Library.
Keep Smiling [:)]

Hi again - yes iPhone library is working fine for all other resources across wi-fi. I added three resources yesterday and they have appeared and are working fine. I only have one account and have iPhone on latest IOS.

Hi Alan
I bought it as a standalone disc several years ago, thanks.
I wonder if this is relevant to what you are seeing.
Many of us (and probably - though I don't know) respondents to this thread have got the NIV through a base package purchase.
It is possible - though I don't understand why - that you having purchased it standalone may be affecting things here.
I suggest you email Logos Customer Service - customerservice@logos.com - referencing this thread and see if they can help
