Think we should all give the customer service support staff a major THUMBS UP for the colossal effort they have put out for the first week of V4.
Here's mine
Agreed! You guys (and girls) are awesome!
+1...it must have been tough...but we all appreciate your dedication!

Thank you to all the Logos folk who are working so hard to make biblical studying better and building the Kingdom in the process.
I'm sure this has been a very exhausting week. Thanks for being professional and concerned about each individual, no matter how simple or complex their problem, request or concern and no matter how nice or not they were.
Blessings on you all as you jump into another week -- may it be lighter, except for sales!!!
Chris
[Y] Indeed!
Agreed, thanks cs staff. I made sure NOT to call them during their first week....even though I need to speak to them about a booboo they made. [:P]
Yep. Add my thanks to all of the unsung heroes at Logos who break their backs to make our job easier; in spite of the fact that many here on the Forums often seem less than grateful!! [pi] [pi]
I'm so appreciative I decided to not to give them a thumbs up but a piece of pizza. And I don't very easily give away pizza!
You don't know how right you are! The Customer Service and Support staff is amazing. They are working around the clock and putting in overtime this entire month. They are doing an amazing job with a completely new product line and flexing to new questions and issues that come up on a regular basis, getting the new info and getting right back to serving the customers.
They are doing an awesome job!

[Y] I hope they get some holiday time with their families this month.
Randy ought to give them sodas with their pizza. Since there is an over-abundance of Type-A personalities in the users ranks. (I have been told that is a job requirement to stand in the pulpit. [;)] )
I think they are just Wonderful! And I did have to call this week and was quickly & courteously helped.
[G] I think they deserve to get their christmas gifts early.

I agree....after all, we got our Christmas present early, thanks to all their hard work!!!

I couldn't agree more!
Early on, someone suggested that we exercise the fourth fruit of the Spirit as we all gain experience with L4 and work out the problems. I have been extremely encouraged by all those who have contributed so much to making this newer, better version work. As a former project engineer/manager, experienced with giving birth to new projects, I know only too well the amount of stress our good friends in Logos CS, tech support, and throughout the organization are experiencing. Thx guys and gals for all your hard work! I await patiently your wondrous new additions as you are able to get them out to us. Thx!!!

That's just rootbeer.... I think!

During this first week of the L4 release, the team at Logos has been great. Thanks for all that you do.
Although I have not needed to call CS (the Forums works for me so far), I can tell that they have done a marvelous job by the very, very, very small number of complaints on these forums. There have be many complaints, but not many about CS.
Well done [<:o)][Y][G]
Peter,

Same here, brother. though Thomas is tempting me to take it up.

My last great temptation was to go ahead and upgrade to L4 rather than wait for a stable Mac version. I failed, so I can't offer any useful information in resisting temptation. (Actually, I am very pleased that I did not wait.)

Hats off to Bob and the ENTIRE Logos staff!!! I upgraded to L4 Gold, then called back and went Plat because I enjoyed it so much!
Yep- Thanks to the entire L4 team!!!!
I'll give a thumbs up...I upgraded the first day to Platinum and had to call because my exe file wouldn't run, just had to rename it as an exe file per CS advise and all was rosy from there. I'm so thankful that I got on the Logos bandwagon right out of seminary so many years ago! Thanks to everyone at Logos![Y][B]
