Prayer Lists
With prayer lists in Beta for Logos4, are prayer lists on the development schedule for the iPhone app?
Please count this as a plea for it to be highly prioritized in the iPhone development schedule. To be able to add prayer items and to check off prayer items on the iPhone would be a natural thing. How many times do you get prayer requests and promise to pray for them. How nice would it be to have the app to type it into and then actually have the accountability to pray for it.
Also, when I do find spare time outside of my normal scheduled study & prayer times, how how nice would it be to pull the phone out of my pocket and have my prayer priorities available to me right there.

I totally agree, though there are a few prayer list apps for iPhone already as little as 99cents.

There is already a request for this on the user voice forums lease go and vote for it so we get it bumped up higher.It's already at number 9

Despite itsn high position, last time I checked it was not even tagged as under consideration - maybe we should pray about this? Incidentally I've failed to get the uservoice homepage....

Maybe we should ask Logos to start a requested feature/donation system where we we would be willing to donate a certain amount of money to help with the development of features. something like a pre-pub for app functionality. While I would be willing to pay a price to have certain functionality I don't want to just pay a blanket fee functionality I don't really want or use. if they fixed reading plans and added prayer list to the iOS app I would be willing to pay for that. I wouldn't want to pay for the current app because it is lacking several features that I feel are necessary for a mobile app.
I would rather see reading plan sync and prayer list before notes and highlighting. If reading plan sync was fixed I'd be using the iOS apps a lot more and then notes and highlighting would be more useful but reading plans and prayer lists are more important to me on a mobile device.

As you know, reading plan sync improvements are coming soon. I hope they beef up the reading plan creation tools personally. As for the prayer list... I agree, but the prayer lists within Logos are wanting.

Alabama24, I know there isn't much to prayer list in L4 but it still would be nice to see them synced to my iOS devices. I'm hoping they do improve them. I know they have a lot they are working on.

Philana, I currently use Mac Journal on my iPad and then sync it back to my Mac. Once on the Mac Version I ca export it as a Word 2007 (dock) file. I haven't run all the way through the process o see if it would import with any editing as a PBB though. Another thing I discovered is that on the desk top Mac version I can create links to Logos resources and they will open the resource. They also have a win journal version but from their website it doesn't appear to sync with the iPad Mac Journal version. It also can publish directly to some of the major blogging sites if your a blogger.

Any progress or movement in having the prayer lists available on iPhone/iPad?? I just got an iPad and would love to be able to keep up with the prayer list on my L4 on Mac.

I don't know when this feature might be available, but you might need L5 to sync. Is there a reason you haven't updated to the free L5 engine? (See the link in my signature Line)
