Update?
Interested in one of two (preferably two of two) kind of updates:
- An update to the software that fixes things. I'm still crashing every time I fire up the app out of Airplane mode. This remains perplexing since the crashes didn't start until Sunday, I think it was. 2.0 initially worked for me, though without syncing. Syncing eventually started working fine. But now, the app crashes every time I start it.
- An update on the status of things. Logos usually communicates well on these issues, I'm surprised that things have been so silent since the release day. Has there been any official word about all the crashes and sync problems since the initial announcement that sync had been turned off (a strange announcement considering sync continued and continues to work for some)?

I would also like to know: Is it "safe" to use highlighting on the iPad now while waiting for the sync issues to be fixed? I know some users' data got corrupted because of a sync bug... I don't want to get into that situation.
Also - Logos, any ETA of when the iOS fix will show up in iTunes?
Thanks,
Peter

Any official word from Logos? It's been a week since the new iOS app was released and then sync was suspended.

Any official word from Logos?
I do not an official word, but I can give you an update:
Currently I am beta testing for the mobile app. Logos has already released 2 betas and last night released RC1. ("RC" stands for "Release Candidate.") This does not tell you when the fix will be released, but it does tell you where the process stands. I don't know if there will be an RC2 or not - it depends upon whether any significant issues pop up. Once the developers feel things are good to go, they will submit the app to apple for review. Once it has been approved, the app will appear as an automatic download for you in the app store.
