Does anyone have an issue to sign in? I cannot sign in to my account so i have to work offline

I don't have a problem with signing in, I can't do anything, everytime I try to run LOGOS it opens up not responding and never responds. Of course HP just updated the BIOS on my laptop 2 days ago, and that's when this started.
Now I can..... What was that?
Could be a good sign if their login server is connected to the sync server!
