Logos 2.0 on iPhone 3G
I kind of anticipated that some of the features on 2.0 might not be supported on my old iPhone 3G (I was glad the update was available for iPhone 3G at all!) so I'm disappointed about not having notes and highlighting, but understand the reasons why.
Is there any indication that iPhone 3G will be able to run reading plans under the new sync infrastructure? I know readings plans were available before, but I'm anxious to know whether my old steam-powered iPhone will be able handle it!
Also, the new product page http://www.logos.com/mobile/iphone makes no mention of the fact that not all features run on all models. I think the release notes in iTunes does mention it, but not this product page.

The problem isn't your phone but the Logos app. While sync is better there are still problems that will hopefully be resolved soon. Sync of reading plans is not included. Sync of highlights and notes (I think both) are turned off due to a bug. Hoping they will get all working in the next month or so.

Wow. So readings plans AND highlights and notes will be included eventually? That's great news!

Notes and highlights will not be available on iPhone 3G or iPod touch 2nd gen. The devices do not have enough memory or a fast enough processor to handle the Logos notes system.

Thanks for this Dave. That's what I thought originally. What about reading plans - will they sync with iPhone 3G as before?

I would assume so too, but you never know, you know? [:P]

Is this a known issue?
Hello Richard,
The offset text issue is in fact a known issue - what version of Logos are you running?

Thanks Kevin.
I'm running L4 Mac 4.5 SR-4 (4.50.0.1889) and 2.0.1.332 on iPhone 3G.

They will be available on iPad?
Hi Joe, if you are referring to Notes and Highlighting, yes - they are available on the iPad. Is that what you are asking? Thanks!

Just to confirm, 2.0.2 fixed the offset text issue, and reading plans are now working great on iPhone 3G. Thanks!
