Hebrew and English

My normal "note" involves starting with a word then a hyphen and the note. That works great in Greek, but I'm having problems mixing Hebrew and English. If I simply copy and paste the hebrew word from the text into the note, the text will try to justify right rather then left as I'd like. Here is a screen shot of what I'm trying to do:

Is there a simple way to put a Hebrew word left justified and then complete the note?

This works in Windows, but I can't speak for how it will work on a MAC. What I do is to enter some English after the position where you want the Hebrew then go back and insert the Hebrew. If you don't do this, the Hebrew will right justify. BTW: Such characters as numbers and other symbols which are not alpha characters tend to move into wrong positions if placed immediately next to Hebrew. There is a direction changing character (Left-to-Right Mark and Right-to-Left Mark) which I need to look up and try each time I need it.

On the Mac I'm struggling even copy / pasting. On my second note, if I place the insertion point before TWOT and paste the Hebrew, it will paste at the end of the line right justified.

The trick is to paste in the Hebrew (which will automatically right justify), then select and right click for the context menu. At that point you can format the Hebrew for Left to Right. It would be better to toggle the setting before the paste, but I can't get the Writing Direction menu to appear until there is actually text. Thanks for the context menu suggestion, at least I can fix it.

I'm afraid I use it so seldom that I never quite remember how to do, so I can't give you any hints. When I need it, I just play around until it looks right. [:S]
