Inline Footnotes - Kudos!
Kudos to Logos for the new "Inline Footnotes" feature in the latest iOS app! It works very well and displays very accurately even for resources with many long footnotes such as the NET Bible. It definitely beats trying to touch those tiny footnote superscripts sprinkled throughout the text with a finger!
A couple of feedback and suggestions for improvement:
1) On the NET Bible (the only resource I've seen this problem so far), the footnote numbers are all displayed twice - a bug.
2) Can you please add a short horizontal line to separate the main text and the footnotes area, similar to printed books?
3) The inline footnotes display especially well when in landscape mode, with two pages of the same book showing side-by-side. It looks and feels like a real, physical book! Which leads me to think... A number of people have asked for the ability to show Bible text and study Bible notes together similar to a printed study Bible. With the inline footnotes layout algorithm working so well, would you consider providing an option to display Bible text on top and study Bible notes below in the same way as the inline footnotes?
Thanks!!
Peter

Hi Peter
Another bug report: NASB 95 has all inline footnotes numbered "1".
This is not actually the case.
Have a look at John 1:13, for example, where there are footnotes numbered "1" and "2".
Looking at the desktop version, the NASB restarts numbering (both for footnotes and cross-references) at the start of this verse. So, for verses with just one footnotes they will all be number "1"
So the iOS app is consistent with the desktop. I don't have a paper copy to check whether it is consistent with that.

Bump - in hopes that Logos / Dave Dunkin will notice this thread.

Thank you Peter for reporting this issue - I will write up a case for our Development department. Concerning your other suggestions, please add them to the Uservoice forum at http://logos.uservoice.com/forums/42823-logos-bible-software-4 . Thanks!
