Can someone tell me ... What is the difference between Pre-order and Quick Buy?

Quick Buy is one-click. But it's the same as going through the longer process of Pre-Order, where you have to confirm the credit card you have on file.

Quick buy completes the order/preorder process with less clicks. Pre-order takes you though a number of screens allowing you to check, confirm your order and confirm your payment details before concluding the process. Quick buy will use your default payment and, where appropriate, shipping details without affording you the opportunity to confirm.
It is not dissimilar to the one-click on Amazon.

To put it a slightly different way, Quick Buy is for those who buy regularly and know that the information currently in their profile (including credit card details etc) are up to date. Pre-order is for those who do not buy as often and may not be sure their current profile information and credit card on file are current.

Quick Buy does not let you apply any Christmas Credits, if you have any due.
Slow Buy also lets you think longer before you shop too ... [:$]
