Hey, What happened to Recent Books?
In the previous app, when I went to the Library, I had two buttons: Library and "Recent Books" - now I just see the title "Library". Was that an intentional removal of the button or an oversight? I used the "Recent Books" button a lot, as it was easier to find the books I wanted than use the Find feature of the full library. If possible, please bring this button back!

I noticed this too. In the "More" button now there is a "History" option that seems to sort of work the same. Is that a replacement?

What about the 'Sort by (Recent)' option on the top left button?

That's a great alternative... thanks!

Not to be overly critical, but it seems like "Sort by Recent" is more like "Sort by any book opened in the past"... is there a way to trim this list? Books I opened LONG ago and books I opened recently appear randomly scattered through the list.
Maybe the More - History option is a better alternative.

Hi Bill,
I don't believe there is a way to trim the "Sort by Recent" list - however, I am unable to reproduce the issue you mention. "Sort by Recent" will show the recently read resources followed by an alphabetical listing of the rest of the Library resources - are you seeing something different? Thanks!

Yes, I am seeing title I haven't opened in months (if ever) near the top of the list, yet titles I use every day much further down the list. The History option in the More menu accurately reflects what I have opened recently.
Does it matter I'd I open the titles from the library, or from a list. For example, if I open a commentary from the library or from a link in the passage guide, would that affect whether or not a title goes into the Recent list, and it's order in the list?

I am having the same problem. Recently opened Bibles do not always show up at the top of the list. They are often buried in the list of books I have never opened. It doesn't seem to matter from where I open them. I am trying to find a quick way to switch between Bible versions on the reading page and this does not seem to be it.

Gregory - First, welcome to the forums!
I was experiencing this for a period of time, but I haven't noticed it in a while. I am running a private beta of the next release, so perhaps this was solved in the update. I will keep an eye on it and report it if I see it again.

If you hold down the history button in reading view, a pop up box will appear allowing you to move through recently used resources.
