Bug: Highlighting Selection Context Box Too Low

Boy... I feel like all I am doing today is finding little bugs. Sorry for all these reports right in a row...

When I create a highlight/note and attempt to change the note, I occasionally am not able to select items at the bottom of my highlighting palate. The context box extends below my screen and I have to do some real finagling to select the very last highlight in the box. This happens particular if you are working on a note that is right between the spot where the box decides to display either above the note or below the note (so the note if located just below mid-screen). I can confirm this behavior on my system as well.

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue on any of the several machines I've tested it on. It might be helpful to know what size screen you have and the resolution.

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue on any of the several machines I've tested it on. It might be helpful to know what size screen you have and the resolution.

Using a 27" iMac, unable to replicate. when note indicator is too close to bottom of screen, the dialog box appears above. Concur screen size (especially vertical resolution) could be a limiting factor. Suspect one workaround is scrolling note file to have enough room for pop-up above or below note indicator.

I need to double check my resolution on my laptop and my extra monitor. However, this does happen on both my 15" MacBook Pro and on the Compaq s2022a 20" display I have at my office. I am home now and cannot check the resolution on either of these items at the moment.

Resolution on external monitor is 1600 x 900 at 74.9 Hz.

Resolution on Maxbook Pro is 1440 x 900

Any chance this will be fixed/addressed?

I can reproduce the issue by setting my Mac to a different screen resolution (1600 x 900.) I'll pass the information onto Development. Thanks for the additional information! [:)]
