When I try to download the software, I get an error message "application will not download. Contact the application vendor."
I had downloaded it earlier, but kept getting another error message when I tried to log in. "Cannot connect to server. Try again later".
After several trys, I deleted all my Proclaim downloads, restarted my PC, and tried to re-download it. Now it will not even do that.
Help! I am supposed to run the presentation this Sunday, and I cannot access the application!
