I would like to play with the color schemes of L4 – where do I find the color scheme file? I have done a few searchs on the hdd, but come up –o-.
Robert - what do you mean by Logos color scheme?
Ummm.....[8-)] maybe I should have said 'appearance' in relation to the colors already define for the headers and the book titles in the tabs......[^o)]
Are you wanting to custom modify the user interface for Logos?
Robert, some of the colors can be changed.
Resource Background Color can be set under Tools > Settings.
Some of the other colors are inherited from Windows' color settings (via the Control Panel):
For the rest, there is no way to change them.
That was the plan, do some and maybe make a request. It just seems so blas'e
edit: Rosie been there done that, didn't seem to effect the L4...

If I recall it's only one or two of the colors that are settable via Control Panel that affect Logos UI, and not the main ones that you'd want to change. For example, Window text color changes the color of the Logos program name in the Title bar. Not particularly useful.
I did say "For the rest, there is no way to change them." Logos has been asked for ways to change the other colors in past threads. As far as I know, it's still "under consideration" (see http://community.logos.com/forums/t/11043.aspx for one such discussion).
Posted thereto.................Thanks girlfriend......hehehe [;)] [:D]
Program settings can specify Windows default for resource background so can customize background color (personally prefer bit more yellow for higher contrast), see thread => Color of L4 on desktop

If you have L4 set to use windows default for the background you can set the background color in windows color panel by changing the "window" color. Also "window text" in the color panel will change the resourece text color and "3d objects" will change the text color in tools such as passage guide. These are the only parts of the interface that can be changed as far as I know. Would be great to have more options in this area!
"3d objects" will change the text color in tools such as passage guide
Thanks Tim, I changed mine to maroon for a little variety.

[Y] Then saved color scheme with 3D objects color tweak (personally prefer a royal purple that looks good on white and light blue backgrounds).
