microSD

It seems like all the books that I have downloaded are on my internal memory, but I would like more space by loading them onto my microSD card. How can I do that? Will Logos still have access to them if they are on my microSD card.

Thanks!

It won't know where they are unfortunately.

It is my humble, yet firm, opinion that the resource folder should be user-definable - either on a local or removable card.

I also feel that resources should be able to be backed up by simply copying them to another folder on the handheld (or a drive on a PC).

You should be able to install a fresh copy of Logos, copy the backed-up resource files to the folder of your choice on the phone, launch the app, define the resource folder in the preferences - and everything should work just fine.

I'm only an end-user, so I don't know the programming that's involved in doing what I'm asking, but...

I know the majority of users use the phone as-is. But I also know many users who root their phones and install custom ROMs to have the latest 'n' greatest (e.g. Ice Cream Sandwich). Unfortunately, every time you flash a new ROM, you have to reinstall Logos and re-download any resources.

I think Logos will have to do it. However, the path to an external card differs from device to device when it has internal storage and I would hope that path is available to an app (you don't want the user to type path names when it is not the culture to do so for Android apps).
