Bracketed text in NA27 not in NASB

I noticed that the NASB doesn't include the text about the unclean beast in Rev. 18:2 which is included in the NA 27 and ESV and NET etc. Which only makes me curious about other bracketed text in the NA 27 that may be excluded in the NASB. Is there a way to run searches, make passage lists and merge or contrast them to get a list of excluded text? I remember some such work talked about many moons ago, but don't know in this case if it can be done. Any ideas?

The problem is that additional text is often included with a footnote eg Jn 7.53 - 8.11 in NASB95. If the verse is omitted there is usually a footnote "later mss add verse 2". So you need to see the pattern of footnotes and search appropriately e.g. "later mss add"

The ESV has comments like "some manuscripts do not include", "some manuscripts add", "some manuscripts insert", "some manuscripts omit" in Translator's Note,

It also depends on which version of the text. My print NASB includes the text but brackets it. Either way, the NASB does make indication of the questionability of the text.

Either way, the NASB does make indication of the questionability of the text.

Either way, there has to be a footnote as with NASB95, ESV else it is unsearchable. We also assume the comments represent the UBS/NA text, but may also include divergences from that text.

You can also put a single bracket in the find box and go through the NA 27 manually from one bracketed word(s) to the next. With sympathetic highlighting it is easy to see if it is included in the NASB. This is a slow method, but is thorough.
