I thought the Baker Exegetical Commentary Pre-Pub Upgrade was going to be available for download on 2/23/12? Does anyone have any idea when you will be able to download this product if you ordered it a while back on pre-pub?

Matthew, in addition you should not have to do anything to download it. That should be automatic unless you set the Automatically Download Updates in Tools> Program Settings to No. If you haven't done this, you'll see an alert in your system tray indicating you have new resources to add once L4 downloads them automatically.
