Future functionality idea
Hey all,
Maybe someone has already stated this idea. I just started using my Amazon Fire during preaching to view my sermon notes. If there is a way to make personal Logos books and have them on the android app, then a preacher make his notes into a Logos book and could have the Bible on one side and his notes on the other. Then, if you could make Bible references in your notes link with the Bible, navigation would be super easy from passage to passage during a sermon.
Thanks,
Luke

Luke, basically what you are asking for is to have Personal Books in your Logos Mobile software. If it is planned, Logos has not mentioned it. For now, the answer is no. Sorry. I hope this is a feature planned for some time down the road. I had the same idea when I purchased my tablet.
Mission: To serve God as He desires.

I looked to see if I could possibly load it manually, but I can't even find the folder on my computer where my resources are stored. It might not have worked anyway.

One option is creating (printing) docx to PDF, then use a PDF viewer on a mobile device.

Amazon Fire has USB (and email) option to transfer personal documents => http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=200788310

Thanks Keep Smiling. I was able to get my sermon on there. I thought it would be nice to have my sermon side by side with the Bible.

I just started using a tablet a couple of weeks ago and immediately had the same desire. Switching between the sermon notes and the Logos app works but it would be nice to have them side by side. With Logos split screen feature, having notes in a PB on the tablet would do the trick; but I guess that is not in our near future.
Once notes are incorporated in the android app, maybe that will solve the problem.

Well, I finally found the file of the personal book on my laptop and then transferred that via USB to my Fire in the resources folder of the Logos program. It didn't work. Oh well. I guess we'll have to wait for them to add that to a future version.
