Short Old Testament Survey or Introduction

I am looking for a short Old Testament Survey or Introduction. I came acroos Roy Gingrich's Old Testament Survey (in outline form). http://www.logos.com/product/8360/old-testament-survey Apparently it has only 53 pages and is only $4.95 so I will probably go ahead and purchase it. There are a couple of other things I want to pick up as well. Does anyone have this volume? What can you tell me about it? What I am looking for is something that will give me a quick overview of the entire Old Testament in a chronological sequence so I can get a feel of the sequence of the major Bible characters and events.

What is the difference between an Old Testament Survey and an Old Testament Introduction. Based on the volumes I have in my library (both print and digital) they appear to be very similar. Is it two names for the same type of resource or do the names imply something specific?

I'm not sure how short a survey can get on the Old Testament before it becomes overly concise (and become rather useless).
