I've been wondering this because I've still got a little Christmas Credit burning a hole in my account. I found this page about last year's March Madness which mentioned the following dates for the various voting rounds:

In the past, it starts when the NCAA basketball tournament starts. Selection Sunday for the NCAA is March 11, so I would expect Logos to release their voting brackets the same day or the next.
