Document Sync (Prayer Lists & Sentence Diagrams Missing)

So, as some of you know, my hard drive died on me earlier this week. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to clone my dead drive onto the new one, so I'm having to reinstall Logos from scratch (all 11.5 GB, ouch!).

So, now that I'm finally in Logos (still running the initial index), I can see that all of my settings & documents have synced just like I thought they would; but, I'm noticing two very glaring omissions. None of my prayer lists or sentence diagrams came down via the cloud.

Does anyone know if this is a known issue. The prayer list I'm sure I could recreate, but I had a few sentence diagrams & would hate to have to try & recreate those.

These should sync

For sentence diagrams, the release notes for 4.1 (http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_4.1) have "Sentence Diagrams are synchronized as with other user documents."

For prayer list, http://community.logos.com/forums/t/23421.aspx discusses the question of whether it is possible to stop Prayer Lists synching!

There may be better places where these are documented but, yes, they should sync

I don't remember seeing either of these flagged as issues.

Are you able to post logs (Logos4.log) after executing a "Sync Now" command?

You could also try executing the "Sync check" command introduced in Logos 4.5 as per

"“Sync Check” Command implemented to check for synchronization errors. Entering this command will download all of the sync items on the server and compare them to the sync items on the client, reporting any mismatches to the Logos4.log (if logging is enabled) as well as to a new “Logos4Error.log.” Logging does not have to be enabled to generate the “Logos4Error” log."

However, please note discussion at http://community.logos.com/forums/t/43996.aspx with some caveats regarding this.

"sync check" only works for items synchronised by "sync v2". Prayer Lists and Sentence Diagrams are still using sync v1, so unfortunately sync check won't help with them.

A Logos4.log of the initial sync (after reloading Logos 4) would be helpful in this case.

After a little bit of trouble (had to kill my indexing), I found this post here & made sure to enable logging. With this forcing a new download of all of my documents & settings, it now appears that my prayer lists & sentence diagrams have come down from the cloud. Not quite sure why it didn't download the first time, but I'm glad that I have them now.

On to indexing! I've attached the log file, just in case you still need/want it.
