Stuck on 0%

I've been trying to download the new book of the month on my pc but it won't download?

It arrived fine on my iPad, but for some reason the download is stuck at 0%..I even left it running when I left for work this morning. and came home afterwards and still on 0%.

I turned off Firewall because I wondered if this may be the problem but to no avail.. anyone have any suggestions? Hmm

Nicky, click on the Logos icon in your system tray and select the choice to cancel the download.

If Logos is running, shut it down and restart it. Otherwise, just start Logos. This should re-trigger the download. See if that will get the download working. if not, come back.

I've tried that a number of times already, but no fix

Should add as well that I also tried typing in 'update resources' command, but that didn't work either.

Logos downloads stuff using the BITS service, restarting it might fix the problem.

The easiest way to do that is to reboot your computer and then start Logos again.

There was an issue w/the dictionary of latin words somtime back. I had to reboot a couple of times after the fix-it updater but then everything eventually took off and running.......
