As far as I am concerned NT Wright should be the overall winner, due to the quantity and quality of the selection. Piper and Packer wouldn't be bad options either, however I like Wright's work because it is a bit more scholarly and more thought out compared to the previous mentioned.

Personally have no idea how many books for each author. Looking at sale items, noticed range of one (for one author) to many (by many authors).
Notably missing are Systematic Theologies by an individual author.
