There was a similar discussion (http://community.logos.com/forums/p/17673/169820.aspx) some years ago regarding Hebrew and some suggestions as to how it could be done but I don't believe these were ever implemented in Logos.

That's what I finally did. I didn't really want to use the Textus Receptus but my version of Westcott & Hort has accents and breathing marks. Oh well.
