resource couldn't be opened

I have the Silver package. Using Mac.
There are 4 commentaries which will not open. Logos says, "the resource couldn't be opened for some reason".
Each one is on the book of Acts by: Longenecker, Marshall, Barrett and Witherington III.
I found these by looking through "Commentaries for Biblical Expositors" by Rosscup. They appear to be linked.
Am I supposed to have these commentaries already?
Thanks!

No. They are separate purchases.

The fact that they are linked means that Logos should have the resource available… not that you own it. If you did own it, the resource itself would open.

Logos 4 on PC has a different message. If mouse hover over blue link has a pop-up, that resource is in your Logos library:

that makes sense. another commentary that I have, has the pop-up window, and the resource opens. I get it now. was just confusing since the links looked the same. Thanks for your help. Now back to Acts 2:36-41! Loving it.

Suggestion: Instead of "this resource could not be opened" put "you do not currently own this resource from Logos. Click here for purchase information" (or something similar)
Thanks for all your hard work logos! What a valuable resource this has been in seminary.

If you look at KS4J's screen shot, you will see something like what you want.
KS4J - Is this a known parity issue? I thought I had seen a "but you could" message in L4-Mac, but it may just be screen shots in the forums that I have seen.

WIki Mac and PC User Interface Differences => Feature Parity now includes:
- PC Resource not licensed for your Library message is more descriptive than Mac (couldn’t be opened)

Thanks to Steve Clark for creating => wiki Template1 after my initial wiki editing experiences that included huge screen shots from a 27' iMac [:$] (needed to learn how to specify image width for smaller screens). The template page has many wiki formatting examples.
