In the upper lefthand corner of each collumn the box does not have the ability to sync collumns? I used to be able to do itl. What do I need to sync?

What browser are you using? (I have just tried with Chrome and IE and it works in both)

Works here in Firefox (Linux) too...
Note that some resources just can't sync, and the link option is disabled. (True, for instance, with a bible in one pane and a bible dictionary in the other.)
