Could someone help me how I can automatically delete the spaces between the Bible verses

I am trying to delete the spaces between the Bible verses of my entire Bible manually so that it looks like the green box in the screenshot. Right now it looks like the red box in the screen shot. Since this takes a lot of time manually i want to know if there is a way to do this automatically like with a macro.

Tes, these seem not to be "spaces", but either paragraph marks or linebreaks, or they are paragraph formattings like "6 pt before". Toggle display of hidden charactes to see what they are, then we may help you further. E.g. if between the paragraphs are empty lines (=paragraphs), you'd need to search/replace ^p^p with ^p etc.

Tes, first we need to know if there are extra empty paragraphs between each of the verses. Could you please turn on visible paragraph marks (Ctrl+Shift+8) and then take another screenshot.

If there are extra paragraph marks it will be easy to delete them all using Find & Replace.

For example, this screenshot (with visible paragraph marks turned on) shows two paragraph marks between each verse. The second one of each pair is an empty paragraph which can be removed with no effect on the formatting:

To delete all the extra paragraph marks in your document at once, do a Replace All of ^p^p with ^p:

If, on the other hand, it is a question of formatting, changing the "Spacing After" property of all those paragraphs should be pretty easy as well. It won't require a macro.

For example, this screenshot (with visible paragraph marks turned on) shows only one paragraph mark at the end of each verse. The space between paragraph marks in this case is caused (intentionally) by the Auto setting for Spacing After paragraphs. But I could set that to 0 if I wanted to remove the space.
