Theological Journal Library ...

I am a big Logos fan ... both of the product and the company, but I am disappointed that the latest edition of the Theological Journal Library has been so delayed. Galaxie were pretty good at keeping to a yearly schedule ... the current one is almost six months late ...!!!
Please nice people at Logos ... do better ... or outsource the work back to Galaxie ... or something.
Also ... more journals please ... especially top quality ones .... NTS; JSNT; JSOT; NovT, HTR, + more back issues of JBL,.... etc.
Thanks!

I was just thinking this the other day. We're running up to May and I am not aware of any time that Galaxie took this long to do the yearly installment. There may be extenuating circumstances around this year's edition, so I hope this is a one off. It wouldn't seem to me that journals would be any more complicated to tag than anything else that Logos currently has in the pipeline.

I was a big fan of the journals in past years, but now less so as they seem to keep adding new ones that don't interest me. I am not buying their latest offering.

Leaving aside the tone of your post I agree with the substance of your point. I also would like to see the yearly schedule kept.

I was trying to call upon Logos to do better, because I feel it is important for this product. I wasn't trying to have a particular tone ... so this might be one of those things where the written word is harder to write/read in a way that conveys/captures the intended "tone". Or ... it might be that I have been a little rude. If so, I do apologise to Logos, and especially to the employees working on this project. No personal offense was intended. My concern is to encourage Logos to prioritise this product, not just this year, but for all the years to come.

I have TJL 1-8. I too would like more of those journals considered to be at the top of the pack.

No worries Stephen, thanks for your kind response to my post. Sorry if I read too much into your post. Blessings

This is what shows on my order page... Having said this, it is not unusual to have slippage as the day approaches.

Yeah...now it's showing as Under Contract. It would sure be nice if Logos would keep us informed of problems like this without having to wait for several hundred people to complain like in the past.
Longtime Logos user (more than $30,000 in purchases) - now a second class user because I won't pay them more every month or year.
