My Books
I just got a new Ipad and downloaded the Logos Bible software app. I logged in and got most of my books. The next time I used the app I only got 17 books. How do I get the books in my library all the time.

Hi William,
Firstly, welcome to the forums!
A couple of things that may be worth checking:
Firstly, are you sure that you are still logged into the app. You should be able to check this and, if you are logged out, correct this via settings.
Secondly, are you sure that you are online. If you are offline, you will only be able to see the books that are downloaded to the device.
Finally, are you sure that the search field in the library tab is clear. This search field will filter the results viewable in your library pain. Consequently an errant character or two could result in a massively reduced resource list (because the other results are filtered out).
Please let us know if the above checks do not resolve the issue.
God bless,
Andy

There isn't a way to log out, other than uninstalling the app.

Andy has given you the two most likely causes: being offline & having a filtered search field. In the screen shot below, I have filtered the library with "family." Notice that my library is showing "24 resources" despite the fact that I have over 2000. If you have ANYTHING in the search field (even an errant letter), it will filter down your library.

Hi Andy, thank you for your help. The problem was the search field. I can get my books now, thank You again.

I have a similar problem. On my computer my library says that I have 1316 books while on my iPad it only shows 1248. I am logged in, online, and also have an empty search line at the top of my iPad so it is not either one of those issues. What else could it be?
Thanks;

Hi Rob - and welcome to the forums.
Some resources are not available on the mobile devices due to licensing restrictions. You can see whether they are available by looking at the product pages and seeing if they have a mobile phone icon displayed.
This probably explains what you are seeing.

Rob - to add to what Graham wrote, It is the policy of Logos to make all of your resources available to you on all platforms. When a resource is unavailable on your mobile device, it is either because of technical reasons (not likely) or licensing agreements with publishers (most likely). Logos continues to work out agreements with publishers, providing us with an increasing percentage of availability on mobile. Recently, the Bible Knowledge Commentary was added to our availability list.

Thanks guys, that explains a lot.
