logos app on asus transformer w ics

Not all titles are available on the Android/IPad platforms due to publisher's licensing.

You can do a search for the titles you are having trouble with here:
http://www.logos.com/products/search
the scroll down on the search result page and on the right side of the page under the "Narrow my search" column look for Platform and the click on iPhone/Web.  If they are not listed it means Logos doesn't have a license to publish those titles for Android/IPad.

I know that the resource is available for download because I have downloaded it on my android phone for offline use.  Could it be a problem with the Ice Cream Sandwich platform that is running on my tablet?

I have had this issue on my prime.  I uninstalled the app, restarted my tablet, then reinstalled and it worked.  I think the ESV was the bugger, but I can't remember.

I am just testing this Logos app on Asus Transformer IC. I signed up to test the app with the free books advertized. They all show up but none will work except ASV. All others "Missing License."I have uninstalled twice. I think I will just use other software.

I use logos on my Asus Transformer and have done so with both the stock firmware and custom ROMs with no issue.  I am able to download books just fine.

@ Micahel - have you signed up for an account?  I'm guessing an account is required to download even free resources.

@ Nathan - Have you tried clearing the data/cache for the application?  Go to settings -> apps, click on the Logos app and then stop the app and click the clear data and clear cache buttons and try again.

Yes I believe so. The application asks me to sign in. I can see all the books but they just will not open. ;(

I created a new free account and signed in with it. The books show up by icon on the left but only the ASV has the green download icon on it. I was under the assumption that the free books came with the account. Maybe you have to subscribe. ?????

I figured it out. The download was blocked by a firewall. Works now
