Proclaim Display Properties....

Our church is in the process of making the switch from MediaShout to Proclaim. I'm sure the problem I am having has a very elementary solution but I can't figure it out. We currently use a laptop to run MediaShout, from there we send the signal to two screens. Doing so is as simple as plugging in the main VGA cable and selecting the dual screen mode within MS. I'm not finding it to be so simple when using Proclaim. I can't seem to get the song lyrics displayed on the two secondary screens while having the "work area" displayed on the main monitor (laptop). I've tried extending and duplicating the screens...not working. Am I making sense? Thanks in advance!

From what you're saying, it sounds like you have 3 monitors in play:

1. The Main monitor running the editor window.

2. The Projector with the Presentation screen.

3. Another Monitor?

If that's accurate, Proclaim does not have the ability to send out multiple monitor feeds. If you just wanted to duplicate the presentation you can do that by duplicating monitor 2 on 3.

Yes, all i need is monitor 2 and 3 to be duplicated. How do I get the editor on the main display and the slideshow on 2 and 3? Thanks!

All VGA cables run into a video splitter so what you see on 2 and 3 are the same thing in most cases. So I just need to know how to get the editor on the main display and presenation on the 2nd screen. Sorry if I'm confusing you!

I think I understand what you mean. Simply go On-Air, then drag the Presentation window to the second monitor and go Full Screen (if desired).
