You don't need to answer! But just in case you didn't see the end-date of May 15  for the upgrade special.

(yes, I'm one of a few lost souls not owning even a single volume).

I own the entire old series, but a jump from $129 of great content to over $300 that's a huge jump for me right now; even with the discount.  I may just try to get the NIVAC OT since I'm lacking OT commentaries.  But if the old EBC series is great, I can only imagine how greater the new and revised version will be. An upgradet hat costs more than the original is crazy unless its not really an upgrade but  a replacement, which I suspect is more the case.

I'm sticking with my old one. Served me well but I'd never have paid $300 for it.

Still irritated at Pradis to Logos pricing (which wasn't a good deal even when it was available)... hanging in until Pradis no longer works. Don't know what I'll do then... I like other series better for NT, but haven't really found an OT series I really, really like yet.

same here, and the odds of me owning a single volume is very very very very small.  Then again, I am not sure if Logos classifies my denomination as being part of the Christian faith.  I am part of a denomination that uses the Apostles' Creed, The Nicene Creed, and The Athanasian Creed as part of its worship service.

What about the personal book compiler ?

Can the resources in Pradis be exported to WORD and then to PB's? You have a grant of personal use copyrights to the resources for your own use by owning the program. And under US court rulings and Fair Use you can personally convert from one format to another for your own personal use [only - you can not give them to anyone else] [the courts may have only tested this for music].  But if you are willing to do the work that might be a path to get them into Logos 4. [It is a LOT of work to put a book into a usable PB - I am working on putting a very old English Bible in and am doing one Book at a time]

I agree that the upgrade price is too steep.  I have enjoyed the older set.
