Crashed and will not start properly

Logos 4 Mac (latest version) crashed and now it refuses to start properly. The "File"-list at the top appears, and then nothing more. No functions are available. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, but the problem remains. OSX 10.7.3. Please help!

Johnny - Welcome to the forums! Sorry you are having troubles.
Did you have Logos up and running before, or is this a brand new install? If its brand new (you've never had it up and running), have you given it time to index? If this isn't a new install, you should post logs. See the wiki for instructions: http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging#Mac

Thanks for your reply. This isn't a new install. Please find attached the entire logging-folder.

Welcome [:D]
The presence of nlog.config file indicates Logos 4 Mac has been installed for many months.
Looking at Indexing.log file, noticed diagnostic logging was enabled on 4 May, which encountered an error during indexing:
Library indexing canceled (or ran out of storage space); deleting temporary files.
Hence curious about amount of free storage space ? When Logos 4 is merging indexes, a copy of indexes is created, which can be many GB's in size (e.g. my Library index is ~ 6 GB)
Later in Indexer.log file, noticed a number of messages about "Logos 4 Logging is not enabled" plus two crashes, which have SQLite database disk image is malformed.
Looking in Logos4.log file, concur application is crashing almost immediately.
Looking in Logos4Crash.txt noticed free space is 80 GB, which should be plenty so wondering if Library indexing was canceled earlier ?
Looking in Logos4Error.log noticed a number of errors.
When Logos 4 is launched (and diagnostic logging is enabled), the Logos4.log file is overwritten.
A malformed SQLite database disk image needs to be deleted (moved to trash):
The Logos4.log is missing local user preferences manager database lines:
/Users/johnnylithell/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/wkkxnb0t.0dy/LocalUserPreferences/PreferencesManager.db
so please move file to trash. Also could move all files in Logging folder to a different folder (or trash).
Please verify diagnostic logging is enabled, then restart Mac, launch Logos 4 Mac.
Optional: download and use 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip to display your logging setting, then change to enable logging.
- the applescript application uses the terminal commands in wiki => http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging#Mac
From Indexer.log file having SQLite malformed database image crashes, would like to see an Indexer.log with diagnostic messages so can look for missing database file names. Hence, anticipating need to compress and upload new set of diagnostic log file. Only need to try launching Logos 4 Mac once; if blue Logos icon appears in menu bar, please wait for blue icon to disappear before compressing and uploading.
Other option is contacting Logos Mac Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact (phone lines are open Monday through Friday: with your permission, Logos can remotely share desktop)
Keep Smiling [:)]

That's right, I just enabled it, after Alabama:s post above.

I can't remember. I sometimes cancel it because all those reboots frustrates and distracts me in my sermon preparation. But I don't think this was the case today.
I removed the PreferencesManager.db, restarted Mac and launched Logos. Attached are the new logging files. Thanks!3288.Logging.zip

The crash stack trace in Indexer.log starts with Get Last User followed by error: "database disk image is malformed"
Logos4.log and Indexer.log are crashing almost immediately. Wonder about removing UserManager.db file (could remove Logging files too):
/Users/johnnylithell/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Users/UserManager.db
then launching Logos 4 Mac. Anticipating prompt for your Logos.com account and password.
Keep Smiling [:)]
