FREE BOOK: Selected Studies on Prophetic Interpretation

The Biblical Research Institute of General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists is making one of its books free. This is volume 1 of 7. Download and review. See if you are interested in getting the entire set in Logos. I have 6 of the 7 volumes (lost one) and it is pretty good.

Volume 2 on Daniel moves away from the contemporary approach, and well researched.

For those wanting to have first hand knowledge of what Adventist believe in regards to prophetic interpretation, this is a good start.

Anyone had a chance to view the book? This one does not have much footnotes as Dr. Shea does not like to use them. The others volumes do. Here is a link to a general search of his work in Logos.

That is a .pdf book, right? Are any of these books available in Logos currently?

I wonder if they would grant permission for individuals to convert it to a logos personal book so that we could read it in our Logos Library. What about some of the other resources? How would such permission be obtained?

I really don't know. Maybe reformat for personal use, I don't think they would want you to put it on the web. Better contact them and see. No none are in Logos format, although I would like for them to be.

The author like the Adventist Church approaches the Book of Daniel from the historical position.
