Table of Contents missing on iPad
This has to be just me, but I can't find the table of contents for books any more. I used to touch the screen and the menu would appear on the bottom "Home Library ...." On the top of the screen was a menu with a table of contents link among other things.
That top menu is gone. How do I switch verses or get to the TOC for other books?

In the screen shot below, the "Table of Contents" button is just to the right of the reference field (which currently has "1 Chronicles 7:11"). If this menu isn't visible, swipe downward and the menu will reappear.

That's exactly what is missing (the whole bar from the back arrow to the 'information' icon). I've tried swiping all sorts of directions and I can't get it back.
Any ideas?

These are the three things I would try, in the order I would try them.
- Make sure app is up to date. If not, download update. See if fixed.
- Do a hard shut down of the app (close the app; double click center button; press and hold app icon; close app). See if fixed.
- Do a complete shut down of the device (press and hold both device buttons for several seconds. Use slider to turn off.) Wait a minute, restart, see if fixed.
- Delete App and reinstall. NOTE: you will lose your downloaded resources.
EDIT: From your last post I see that you are up to date. Move on to #2. [:)]

Option 2 fixed it. Strange symptom, but easy fix.
