    Hi Kyle. Judging from your message, and while you're waiting on expert advise, if you got to google and search:

    site:community.com site:community.logos.com appdata\local\logos4\system\logos.documents.contracts

    You'll see quite a bit of previous advice (and guesses). It's not unusual.

    I was sent a message by Logos to update.  When I went to install it this window came up:

     

    c:\users\khaynes\appdata\local\Logos4\system\logos.documents.contracts.dll

    Then it says "make sure that you have access"

    If the instructions here: http://www.logos.com/support/windows/L4/webroot do not work for you or do not apply, you should give Customer Service a call.
