Mouse Hover Options in 4.5

Is there a way to modify what happens when the mouse hovers over part of a text in v4.5 for PC? In particular, I'd like to disable the "tooltip" style parsing popup at the bottom of a BHS or NA27 window when I hover my mouse over parts of the text.

And destroy popup heaven??? I don't think so.

It's especially fun (and simultaneously frustrating) when you have a touchscreen digitizer and the popup heaven really shines. A clear test of not using bad language.

Thanks for the welcome back and the +1. I recall modifying the content of the popup tooltips in v3.x but have only just now had occasion to try (and come up short of doing) the same thing in v4.x.
