Rearrange Favorites List on iPad2?
I have my list of Favorites displayed on my iPad2 on the RIGHT top side to the left of the Aa. I can tap on Edit, but that is only allowing me to delete a book Favorite. I want to group all my Favorite Bibles in Alphabetical order then following that my Fav Commentaries in alpha order. When I started my list they were grouped in alpha order, but more ebooks have become available on the iPad being added to Favs but it is causing disorganization in my Favorite List.
I use PDF-Notes App that has a drop down menu similar to Favorites, but it allows you to Move the Title up or down to place it where you want it or delete it. Is moving Title up or down in Favorites possible using Edit or whatever? Please say there is and instruct or link to instruct.

Bev - I am unaware of any way to reorganize the favorites currently from within the app. You can, of course, reorganize the list in any way you would like from within L4. The new order will then sync to your mobile app.

I have not used that feature before on my laptop, but I can attempt to learn how. This must be why the App drop down for Favs has a designated Mobile Favorite. Learn something new every day. Thanks again alabama24.

All new favorites from the mobile app should go into the "Mobile Favorites" folder. Likewise, one will be created for Vyrso and Faithlife. You can move those favorites into new folders, if you would like to, from within L4.

How is the Vyrso created? I touched on the Favs in Vyrso and it ahows Mobile Favs then I touch that and see my Logos iPad Favs.
Are you saying I create the Vyrso folder in L4 on my laptop? I haven't had a chance to turn on my laptop yet to try this.

How is the Vyrso created?
A new folder is created for each of the three apps when you create a favorite from within each of the mobile apps. "Vyrso Favorites" is the folder created when you first create a favorite on the Vyrso app. If you delete the folder, it will be recreated the next time you create a favorite in Vyrso.

My laptop still crashes because Logos Indexing stops working, but I could run Logos in Safe Mode with Networking to get the Favorites reorganized. That was pretty easy after your "how to" advise.
Now to tackle this Indexing problem.

I did a search for "Logos Index Stop Working", but the date was for 2010 on how to send the info.
I have located the Logos Log Files in Win7 Home Edition, but not sure what all they need.
I don't know where to post the Bug Report, but I did find "this" as what to put in the Bug Report
Expected Result:
Instead of crashing I expected Logos 4 "to make my coffee"that was the comic relief I needed.
I have Logos4, Logos4Crash, Logos4Error, Logos4Indexer, Logos4IndexerError inside the Logos Log Files.
I can RIGHT click Open to see the NotePad Report/Log for some of the above mentioned. I think I must be doing something correct thus far.I will continue to read what to do, but it may take me a few days, but I think I am getting close to what needs to be sent ...on top of Folder(s) RIGHT click "Send To: Compressed Zipped Folder". But then I don't know what to do.

I am not either. I have read some logs and have solved some problems, but even a broken clock is right twice a day. [:D] There are too many differences between Mac & PC, so I think I better punt...
Here is what I suggest:
- Create a new thread in the PC forum (since the issue is Logos 4 PC related)
- Try to describe the problem as best as you can. Describe what is broken, and what steps you take.
- Make sure to include which version of the app you are using. Also, include your computer specs.
- Attach the logs to the thread.
PC techies will take a look at it and advise you. If I see it before others respond, I can take a look, but I am pretty cautious about giving out advice.

Thanks for all your help. I will post in new catagory. I did find Wiki and that will be helpful too. My iPad2 works fine so I can get by with that for awhile.
