Vyrso has untamed for 9.74 but Amazon has it for 4.74 why?

Because Amazon is losing money on the book. It's called a "lost leader." Notice that the price is the "Amazon" price - not the publishers suggested retail. Other books are sold under the "Agency" model (the publisher sets the price by contract) and are the same price no matter where they are sold.
