Install to SD card or phone memory?
Assuming I do get the choice, should I install the Andoid app to main memory or the microSDHC card? Does anyone have any experience as to whether it takes significantly longer to load the app or to search the books if I install to the card?
I just got a Samsung Galaxy Note, so I can read my Logos books on my phone with 16GB main memory, and a 32GB card. My plan was to install Logos on the card, so I can download most of my library, so I have my commentaries, dictionaries etc with me everywhere.
The card is not a high-speed one. I understand it's formatted EXT3. The 1.4GHz dual-core phone runs Gingerbread. (So far I've only used the browser, i.e. library.logos.com, and that's great to read: about 10 verses on screen at once.)
TIA

You don't have a choice with logos as it will always load into "main memory" (internal SD card on Galaxy).

Ok: thanks. I guess that limits the number of resources I can load onto the phone then.

On the HTC One V (Android 4), the app has installed in internal memory, but is asking for an SD card for data, which I don't have yet.

AFAIK the app requires an SD card which is often built-in (aka "internal memory") these days. Some devices then allow an external SD card to be added but it is not recognised by Logos. You should ask Customer Support about your HTC as Android 4 (ICS) may have confused the app which was built around v2.2 and up, before ICS came along.
