Reminder about 4.5c UI implementation changes

As Tonya posted earlier (http://community.logos.com/forums/t/49208.aspx), 4.5c on Mac will change the way the UI is created. (It should look the same, but the implementation is different.)

Warning: There may be regressions in the UI due to this under-the-hood change.

Thanks for the notice. Will all known regressions introduced in 4.5b at least be tested and fixed before 4.5c leaves beta? Normally I wouldn't be too concerned, but with all the issues in 4.5b and now the broken lookup feature in the iPhone app, I'm a little more wary that usual.

Yes, we will do our best to catch and fix as many of those issues as we can. A few of the issues have already been fixed in 4.5c, though it is possible they are not in the release notes. Tonya and Ann have been digging into the regression list provided by KS4J.

We are continuing to add people to the Mac team (another starts Monday) and grow QA. Ann started recently and we have another starting in two weeks. Some of this change has kept people like Tonya extra busy which has prevented her from being as active in the forums.

Thanks for the honesty about being wary, and I hope we can get your confidence back with 4.5c and future releases.
