Sync problem for ratings
I have recently gone through my library and rated all of the books. I thought these had all synced to my iPad and iPhone. However, moving on to study Galatians, I find that a few of the commentaries that I had rated on the PC are not rated on iOS. Interestingly, Vyrso is completely up to date on ratings, even those I changed a few minutes ago.
Is there a way to force the Logos app to sync. When I start the app it says updating library information for a few seconds, but the latest information is not there.

Tried that. It says it is updating the library, but the information is incorrect.

I think the problem is on the desktop software side. I have the same issues, not only with ratings but prioritization, and even after a complete reinstall of the phone app they aren't synced.
Does anyone know when these two sets of data are supposed to get the sync v2 treatment?

Since the Vyrso app has the correct information, it must be correct on the server Vyrso is accessing.

It says it is updating the library
Do you mean that you get a quick message, or are you saying that you permanently have a message that the app is "updating the library"?
Are these books downloaded by chance? Have you tried deleting the resource and see what happens?

I believe that ratings and my tags has already happened, but I have not been told this by Logos. It's possible that the mobile app hasn't finished the transition. Prioritization has not happened yet.
The MyTags one was a nice discovery. If you look at a resources info panel on the mobile app, you should see your my tag's under the book cover. You can use this info in searches, but there isn't (at least currently) a syntax for this search. Let me give you an example… if you have a MyTag of "XYZ," a library search on the mobile app of "XYZ" will show you all your mobile enabled books with a MyTag of "XYZ." You cannot, however, do a search for "MyTag:XYZ". This makes the feature less useful for more common MyTag words. A search for a MyTag of "history" will be less useful than for one of "HistoryRoman"

I hadn't spotted this and it is a really useful feature.
Thanks for pointing it out

I get a progress bar across the top for a few seconds when I open the app. It then disappears, aparently having downloaded the latest information.

I actually first noticed the problem the problem because these books hadn't downloaded. I had selected Download All and let it run until all of the books that I had rated downloaded, then I stopped it. When I went looking for the Galatians books they had not been downloaded and were marked as unrated. Manually downloading those books didn't change the ratings.

I'm on the latest beta.
I've just reinstalled the iPad app, and that seems to have updated the information.

Just been looking at the use of MyTags in the iPad app and - as far as I can see - you can't use it in compound expressions
For example:
"edition:ebook & author:fred" returns all Vyrso books with fred as author
"edition:ebook & ToRead" (where ToRead is a tag) returns zero results.
Can anyone confirm this or am I missing something?

I havent checked yet, but what happens if you reverse the terms (so that the MyTag is first)? I think that what I stumbled on with the MyTags is probably an "undocumented" feature… its probably not fully implemented, but "kind of" works.

Same results - a blank library screen

Yes, I guess you are right.
