Bug: synchronization of Bible windows
The Bible windows don't always synch right. Here I jumped to Gen 4 in NET Bible and the Apologetics Study Bible went to Gen 2:24.

I wonder if this is because Apologetics Study Bible doesn't have an entry for Genesis 4:1. You'd think it would just go to 4:4 which does have an entry. Any reference that doesn't have an entry in ASB seems to go to Gen. 2:24.

Desktop Logos and Android Logos 0.9.4 jump to Gen 4:4; so does my Android Vyrso 1.0.3 beta. Are you guys using Android Logos beta?
I'm on Samsung Galaxy S, Android 2.3. Used ESV bible instead of NET, but that shouldn't make a difference.

OK, are the Study Bible / NET bible on your device (I don't have the Study Bible on mine, but ESV is).

I have just tried this on an HTC phone using beta 1.0.3 with the NET Bible and the ASB linked.
Going to Gen 4:1 in NET causes ASB to jump to Gen 4:4
Neither resource is downloaded to my phone.

I just downloaded both of these resources to my phone to test and now get the "jump to 2:4-26" when going to Gen 4 in the Net Bible.
So it seems to be caused by having the resources downloaded - good suggestion, Dave!

Yes - both are downloaded to my phone. Sounds like that may be the difference.

Linked panels works differently depending on whether the bible being linked to is local or not. If it's local the specific reference is requested and if available the pane is navigated to it. If it's not available it will drop the verse and just try to link to the specific chapter or book.
Looking up specific positions of references for online/stream resources is handled by the server. The server does a much better job of returning a position close to the requested reference.

Is this as a Known Problem or a bug that will be fixed? Please clarify for all users who will eventually note this discrepancy.

Unless I'm misunderstanding you, this isn't what is happening. I have the Apologetics Study Bible downloaded on my Galaxy S2. When it is linked to a Bible and I navigate the Bible to Genesis 4:10 (for example -- Genesis 4:10 doesn't have an entry in the ASB), the ASB moves to Genesis 2:4-26.
