"unavailable resource" in notes file
I am currently sorting my notes files and came across a highlight without a note associated with it that says, "unavailable resource". When I click it, it opens a window that says "the resource could not be opened for some reason" Now, I have no idea where this line was highlighted from. Any ideas on what the problem could be? Thanks.

Two thoughts:
- A personal book which you have not compiled on that computer.
- A resource license issue. For example, I had my Discipleship Journal license turn off accidentally. A call to Logos had it restored.
If you can't figure it out, perhaps you could paste the quote so that others could try to match it with a resource.

Wonder if highlight was done on a mobile device ? using a Bible resource that is free for mobile use, but has not been purchased for use in Logos 4 Mac.

http://biblia.com has similar free resources as Logos mobile apps, which shows a similar phrase in Sirach 3:22
Looking at http://www.logos.com/comparison noticed "The Apocrypha and Pseudepigrapha of the Old Testament in English (2 vols.)" is included in Original Languages plus Scholar's Gold and higher:

A google search of your quote found the resource! It is The Apocrypha and Pseudepigrapha of the Old Testament in English, which is found in the original languages base package, and Gold & up.

Thank you! I do remember highlighting that on my iPhone. I have scholar's silver, so I don't have it on my desktop. What I can't figure out now is how I was able to do it, because I cannot find anything containing it on my mobile device. hmmm . . .
As you can see, I am still learning all things logos. Thanks for all of your help.

Nevermind. Just realized that for some reason my logos mobile was in offline mode. I do have the Apocrypha of the Old Testament on my iPhone. So here is my next question . . . why is this on my iPhone, but not in the package that I paid lots of $$$$ for?

On the page describing the iPhone app - http://www.logos.com/mobile/iphone - you will see a reference to 41 free resources when signing up to the app. If you click on the "41 resources for free" link you will see that the Apocrypha of the Old Testament is the second on that list.
While these are freely available on the iPhone they don't migrate across to your desktop package.
Hope this clarifies the situation

Earlier Heather said silver. This resource is in GOLD and above, plus the original languages base package.
