If I were to get a new iPad and move my Logos software to it, is there an easy way for it to remember which works I would like downloaded to the iPad itself? It took a long time to download the ones I have now.

Hi Robert

Sorry, but the software won't remember this across installations. There is nothing synced up to the Logos servers which could be passed down to the new installation.
At least with the "download all" option (and the ability to filter this) it is quicker to select the resources which you want to download - it doesn't reduce the physical download time of course!

You said to download and ability to filter this... what does that mean? Once I hit download all, they all show up and start download (the ones I have a license for at least in my Scholar's Library). I did not see another option to stop the download for some of them. Am I missing something? Thanks.

For those that I want downloaded to my device, I add the tag 'offline' from my laptop. Then when I search for that tag on my device, those books are listed. You can then choose the 'download all' function.

Hi Robert

Sorry for not being clear earlier.
If you type text into the search box in the Library window you get a list of resources which match that filter. For example, if you type "dictionary" you will get a listing of dictionary-type resources.
If you then press the "download all" button you only get these dictionaries downloaded.
So choosing an appropriate filter allows you to be selective over what gets downloaded
Hope this clarifies it
