There IS a note with this that the Latin will come later ............. at no additional charge. However, this was to ship on May 18; and I've been anxiously awaiting it.

As far as I can see the double volume - http://www.logos.com/product/18412/catechism-of-the-catholic-church-english-and-latin - has been available for some time.
Am I misunderstanding what you are asking?

I haven't downloaded it yet, due to some reasons you'll find in other threads, but I was certainly charged for it on the 18th. If you haven't been, something must be wrong. It's definitely live. Suggest you call CS.
EDIT: Clarification: I was charged for the bundle, but I presume only the English volume is in the download queue. The Latin hasn't been promised until later.

I was charged but haven't received it. I'm going to try the other computer before calling CS.

Yes I received the English version, look for an email from Logos that your card has been charged, etc. My email said that the Latin will ship at a later date when completed. I would advise all to call CS if you have been charged for it but you cannot download it. That happened to me before and CS got it straightened out very easily...

Just called customer service; and the very pleasant young man thinks he sees what is the problem.
He will send me an e-mail re. the problem; and (hopefully) I'll have the English download soon with the Latin to come when it comes.

Not only did he send an e-mail.... he actually called me! *smile* Just now!
Turns out some of my global information lodged with Logos got a bit out of kilter, and he has now fixed it.
A couple of weeks ago I was taken by 911 responders (paramedics!) critically ill to the "Critical Care" Unit of our hospital, and when I finally recovered enough to work my iPad2 a few days later , it seems I messed things up a tad! (All I was trying to do was to cancel any pending orders that download automatically from Logos.) oooppppssssyyyyyy! My mind actually wasn't too clear at the time. Hopefully it's better now!!!!!

Actually, all reports indicate that I was extremely close to leaving this vale of tears. The doctors were asking about Resuscitation and all kinds of other unpleasant things with my family gathered together at the hospital.
I DO praise God for my amazing recovery and DO trust my life and future into his hands -- like always! Northing new here!
Just my ongoing relationship with my Lord! *smile*
My wife says that the staff in "Critical Care" told her that they had not ever seen such an amazing recovery! Personally am not too surprised. Lots of forgiven sinners prayed for me -- family, friends, Pastor, congregation!
