Text Comparison Problem
When I type another version into the text comparison window and click the white arrow the new version is not added to the other versions I am comparing.
Is anyone else having this problem?

I can duplicate your issue and I'm nearly certain that it used to behave the way that you and I are expecting now. I re-checked the Help resource and I think we're trying it correctly.

By design (?), Logos 4 has an undocumented, hidden confirmation that is needed for adding a resource to Text Comparison list.
Workaround for adding resource(s) in Text Comparison is creating collection(s) and/or tagging/rating to desired resources for comparison, then choose a collection, mytag, rating, or series for Text Comparison. Rating is the number of stars.
